These Terms & Conditions govern your use of and access to this Service. The Service is created and maintained by INSPIRAHOLDING INC for the viewing and purchasing of vacation resort and condominium properties, recommendations, reviews, user interface, features, functionalities, as well as all content and software associated with this Service, herein “Content”.
1.1 To use this Service and access the Content, you must be an active Goldrush Getaways member in good standing (annual dues current/paid). Access to this website can be revoked at any time should you become inactive or cancel your Goldrush Getaways membership.
1.2 You may only access this Service by first logging in via the Goldrush Getaways website. You accept, agree, and understand that you are not allowed to share your access to this Service with a third party by sharing your username or password to the Goldrush Getaways member website. Do not bookmark this website as access is temporary. If your session expires you will need to go back to the Goldrush Getaways website to navigate back to goldrushweeks.com.
2.1 Billing Cycle. The charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Service, such as reservations, taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your payment method.
2.2 Payment Method: You can change your payment method by visiting our website and clicking on the "Your Account" link. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not change your payment method or cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have obtained a valid payment method. When you update your payment method, you authorize us to continue charging the updated payment method and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. This may result in a change to your payment dates. For some payment methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your payment method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the payment method used. Check with your payment method service provider for details.
2.3 All travel components offered through this Service must be paid by using a credit card, other forms of payment are not accepted. All prices, redemption costs and / or additional charges are established in the currencies applied throughout the site, which you as an end consumer will need to select.
Should you cancel your Goldrush Getaways membership, you will continue to have access to this Service through the end of your current billing period. All pending reservations made on the goldrushweeks.com website shall be honored regardless of account closure.
Usually, hotel check-in times begin after 14:00 hours (2:00pm local time), and the latest check-out time on date of departure is 12:00 hours (12:00pm local time) but may vary depending on accommodations. Sometimes, it is possible that a room may not be available upon arrival. However, rooms will be made available for check-in as soon as possible. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals depending on availability and accommodations.
Must have two forms of identification at time of check-in. A valid driver"s license, Military ID or Passport and a major credit card for security deposit. Security deposit policy of each hotel/resort/condominium “Property or Properties” may vary. Traveler(s) must make special requests at the time the reservation is placed regarding additional requirements for children such as a crib or child-care. Availability of specially requested items is subject to availability and at the discretion of the Property.
Although bed types may be requested at the time of booking, Goldrush Getaways cannot guarantee that rooms with the requested bed type will be available at check-in. Available bed types are ultimately made at the discretion of the Property at check-in.
The accommodations shall provide guests with complete access and use of the Property’s services, amenities and recreational facilities except any services, amenities and facilities that require additional charges or fees.
The Property reserves the right to refuse check-in to any party arriving with more than the maximum number of guests allowed for the specific reserved room types.
The traveler(s) must make any claims for the loss or damage of luggage or personal belongings directly with the Property. Goldrush Getaways assumes no responsibility for theft, loss or damage of luggage or personal belongings while staying at a Property reserved through this Service. Use of this Service indicates your agreement to hold Goldrush Getaways harmless for any such loss.
Guarantee Policy: reservations made through this Service is guaranteed for arrival on the confirmed check-in date only. If you don"t check-in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert the Property in advance the remaining portion of your reservation may be canceled by the Property, and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Check-in Policy: The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. A credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the Property to the customer at checkout. These charges may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or mini-bar charges) and are not included in the room rate “Mandatory Fees”.
All Travelers, including children must have current and valid personal and family documentation, such as passports, visas or national identifying documents, as required for the applicable destination of your trip.
Extra Fee Policy:
Property may charge Mandatory Fees. These fees are outlined in the reservation voucher. Mandatory Fees are not optional and typically cover items such as resort fees, energy charges or safe fees. These fees are paid directly to the hotel or resort at time of check-in. The amount of the charge is subject to change.
All purchased services are specified in the reservation confirmation, except for those Properties for which the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated. The price may not include extra accommodations charges or fees, service fees, handling fees, destinations surcharges, duties and taxes or incidentals, such as, but not limited to, telephone calls, insurance, laundry service, minibar, parking, etc. which is the responsibility of the traveler(s) shall be paid directly by the traveler(s) to the accommodations or service provider. Some countries have a local tax known as "stay tax" or "tourist tax" (eco-tax) which must be paid directly at the Property and/or the country airport by the Traveler.
Cancellation Policy:
By proceeding with a reservation, you agree to all terms and conditions found on this website, any reservation specific Cancellation Policy and all terms and conditions listed as part of the reservation.
Reservations made through this website are subject to Terms specified in the reservation confirmation. Terms of the reservations can be reviewed on the reservation confirmation or in this website.
Cancelations or changes to the reservations made on the Goldrush Getaways website are subject to terms of the reservation. Typically, there are no refunds after a reservation has been made. Additional fees may apply to any changes or cancelations if such changes or cancelations are allowed by the Property.
No Refunds will be given for No Shows, Unused Nights, or Early Checkouts.
